Clean the viewer and camera with a damp cloth. If necessary, use mild detergent and dry thoroughly before use.
For the main body, cable, and battery, use wipes that won't cause damage to polycarbonate and ABS surfaces. The following disinfecting products are recommended:
DO NOT use all-purpose cleaners as these may damage the seals and impair water resistance.
DO NOT immerse the device in liquid cleaning solutions and limit exposure to water.
DO NOT insert sharp objects into any holes or use metal objects to clean the USB port, as this may cause damage.
Headband
Vuzix recommends each user have his or her own headband.
The headband is machine washable.
