# How to disable the Remote Assist Launcher?

Remote Assist Kit devices (LX1 and M400) come pre-configured with Zoom and Microsoft Teams, making it easy to start using your device right out of the box.

If you would like to install and use additional applications, you must first disable the **Vuzix Solutions Launcher** and switch to the standard Vuzix Launcher.

#### Steps:

  - Zoom and Microsoft Teams will continue to work after switching to the standard Home Screen.
  - To install additional applications from the Vuzix App Store, you must first create an App Store account.
  - After creating your account, contact [**Vuzix Technical Support**](https://www.vuzix.com/Contact/Customer) for assistance with transferring the device to your App Store account.
