How to Factory Reset the Blade 2?

CAUTION: This will erase all the data from the device. This includes any applications, settings, and personal data on the device.

Please consult with your system administrator before performing this action!!!

1. Open the Settings application on the device.

   

2. Select Personal option

   

3. Select Reset
   

4. Select Factory Reset

   

5. Select ‘YES’ when prompted, then the following message

   

6. Then select ‘ERASE EVERYTHING’

   

After the device reboots, it will open the Quick Start setup menu.
