Vuzix remains committed to supporting customers who rely on M400 smart glasses for enterprise deployments. M400 product and technical support is planned to continue through December 31, 2028, providing customers considering or currently deploying M400s with a clearly defined long-term support horizon.
The M400 operating system will remain on Android 13. While routine OS security updates are no longer planned, Vuzix will evaluate critical or severe security issues and work with customers on solutions as appropriate throughout the support period.
Vuzix will also maintain popular M400 enterprise applications, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Mobilium, through December 31, 2028, with application updates provided as needed to maintain supported functionality.
Customers can continue deploying M400 with confidence, backed by Vuzix technical expertise and a defined support commitment through December 2028. Customers requiring routine OS security updates or an operating system beyond Android 13 are encouraged to explore Vuzix LX1 smart glasses.
