# Why doesn't the LX1 device appear in Android Studio?

If your LX1 device is not showing up in Android Studio when you try to run your app, it usually means the device is not fully authorized for debugging. Android Studio can only detect a device if certain USB and developer‑related settings are enabled.

To fix this enable, "Allow ADB" and 'USB File transfer" in Settings > Connected devices.
