Remote Assist Kit devices (LX1 and M400) come pre-configured with Zoom and Microsoft Teams, making it easy to start using your device right out of the box.
If you would like to install and use additional applications, you must first disable the Vuzix Solutions Launcher and switch to the standard Vuzix Launcher.
Steps:
From the Home Screen, select Settings.

Select More Settings.

Select Apps.

Under Recently Opened Apps, select See all apps.

Select Vuzix Solutions Launcher.

Select Home App.

Set Vuzix Launcher as the default home app.

Press the Home button. The device will return to the standard Vuzix Home Screen (Home Rail).

Additional InformationZoom and Microsoft Teams will continue to work after switching to the standard Home Screen.
To install additional applications from the Vuzix App Store, you must first create an App Store account.
After creating your account, contact Vuzix Technical Support for assistance with transferring the device to your App Store account.
