How to install applications on your device using the Vuzix App Store?

Overview

This guide explains how to install applications on your LX1, M-Series, and Shield devices using the Vuzix App Store.
Before you begin, make sure you have created an App Store account and registered your device.


Part 1: Add the App to Your Device

  1. Log in to the Vuzix App Store.

  2. Search for the application you want to install (for example, Auto Launcher).

  3. On the app’s description page, click Add to Library.

  4. Select your Smart Glasses model.

  5. Choose your device by selecting the checkbox next to its serial number, then click Continue.

    Note: If you have multiple devices, you can select All Devices to install the app on all of them.

  6. The app will now be queued for installation on your selected device(s).


Part 2: Complete Installation on the Device

  1. Power on your device and ensure it is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

  2. Once connected, the app will automatically download and install on the device.
